Recruitment & Selection: All employees and volunteers working with children undergo thorough application processes, reference checks, and background screenings.
Training & Code of Conduct: Mandatory child protection training is provided. Staff and volunteers adhere to a strict code of conduct emphasizing professional boundaries.
Reporting & Confidentiality: Concerns or allegations are addressed promptly through designated reporting channels. Information is treated confidentially on a need-to-know basis.

Disciplinary Action: Confirmed bullying leads to disciplinary measures, including warnings, suspension, or termination, alongside full support and counseling for victims.
